Clever Bench (PARQUET)

While researching parquet flooring, my attention was drawn to Japanese temporary structures for outdoor events. But the Leningrad Oblast is not Japan.

The ingenuity of the proposed parklet design lies in the fact that it does not pretend to be anything it is not. The structure simply performs the function of being a place to sit—no more, no less. It makes no claims to be new or innovative, thereby absolving itself of the burden of public expectation.

So, Parklet is simply a clever bench.
