Where did the idea come from?
A restaurant trick you can’t replicate at home
In many restaurants, dishes are served in a real loaf of bread—it looks cozy and impressive, but you can’t replicate that presentation at home: the bread gets soggy, crumbles, and spoils overnight. Bread Pot solves this problem—the same magic of presentation, but forever.
A World Where Bread Is Everything
In my game «BreadSect,» the goddess Matushka Zakvaska cursed the stone and wood—only bread remained a blessed material. Bread bowls for food are the new norm for the inhabitants of this world. Bread Pot is a material portal into this universe: an in-game world detail that you can hold in your hands.
What the Design is Made Of
A flat base, resembling a settled loaf of bread;
A separate removable «lid» mimics the top portion of the bread;
A vibrant cross-cut on top serves as the hallmark of artisan bread;
An irregular, «handmade» shape and a glossy finish reference trending toast and baked goods tableware;
Inclusions and a stylized crust texture evoke a sense of «toastedness.»
