Concept
Calendars are typically used to track time, plan activities, and achieve goals. Time often becomes reduced to mere functionality and productivity. We live day by day, concentrating solely on tasks, assignments, work, and projects, while completely forgetting our emotions in the process.
My project proposes shifting the focus from routine tasks to emotions, moods, and states. This emotion and state calendar tracker is designed so that the user can independently record their emotional states in the calendar every day in a format convenient for them.
A person can collect these calendars year after year—not just to remember the year in terms of achievements and completed tasks, but also in terms of their emotions and states, allowing them later to understand how they achieved a certain result or how they felt during a specific period of their life.
The calendar will also aid in tracking and monitoring emotions for analysis and discussion with a professional.
