The global city is an aggregation and concentration of everything, from people to information, that seems immeasurable. Due to this «immeasurability,» for the everyday city dweller, contemplating the scale and connections is nonsensical.

The focus for city dwellers is intensely concentrated on their own, uniquely extravagant space—a place that is difficult to call a city in the conventional sense:
it is more of a liminal, abstract «place»
within the human mind—their own perception of the concept of a city, which is discernible to one but eludes another.
In a global city, you need to know where your concentrated «close space» is—and how you can define it.
In my observational project, framing digital photographs and utilizing overlay effects serve as the primary tools for exploring space.
