Public Talk on Architectural Business as Part of Telling Stories Fest
On March 27 at 7:00 PM, the HSE Art and Design School hosted a public talk titled «Business Under the Noise of Construction: Managing Architecture”—a discussion on how to transform a creative workshop into a sustainable business, examining the line between an architect’s ambition and economic viability, and why some firms grow while others shut down after their first major project.
On the public talk «Business Amidst Construction Noise: How to Manage Architecture, ” the speakers discussed how the price of architectural services is determined, who holds the key position within the „architect—developer—contractor“ triad, and how to structure processes so that projects don’t stall in the ideation phase but move through to realization and profitability.
