This presentation contains realistic medical graphics and anatomical diagrams of organs, which may be sensitive or uncomfortable for an unprepared viewer. The materials are strictly educational, intended to demonstrate the CPM simulator.

The symbol refers to the defibrillator’s electronic timer and the concept of the «golden hour,» where: 00 signifies zero time elapsed since the ambulance crew received the call. The name is read as «Hour Zero"—the moment when delay or triage error becomes irreversible.

In the hospital, a doctor has hours, a laboratory, and a consultation team, but in the ambulance, decisions are made in mere minutes with minimal data. We teach students how to work precisely within this stressful «gray zone» of initial contact.
The simulator does not penalize incorrect choices with point deductions; instead, it visually breaks down the pathogenesis of a clinical pitfall during the debriefing stage. Our goal is to allow the medical professional to make every possible mistake in a virtual environment so they never have to repeat it on a living patient.
We intentionally moved away from heavy three-dimensional simulators in favor of the ergonomics of the SMP team’s tablet. This allows us to run five-minute case studies on any smartphone right during duty shifts without overloading the device.
Unlike Western simulators that feature unfamiliar paramedic protocols, all H: 00 scenarios are strictly based on domestic clinical guidelines and real-world urban routing (Emergency Centers, vascular centers, on-call Municipal Hospitals).
The Social Context and Partnership Potential of the «Don’t Walk By» Special Project:
According to the specialized foundation «ORBI» and rescue initiatives («LizaAlert,» «Nochlezhka»), the key barrier to timely calling an ambulance in the city is stigma: in over 60% of cases, passersby attribute symptoms of a stroke (slurred speech, unsteady gait) or diabetic coma to alcohol.
The H: 00 mobile simulator introduces real-life street triage scenarios from eyewitnesses and lays the groundwork for a social campaign: it teaches future medical professionals to work without prejudice while also providing citizens with a simple algorithm to check for signs of distress before walking past.
