Since the 1990s, tracing back to Alessi, designers have been transforming kitchenware into miniature characters, and I decided to continue that trend by creating graters whose holes form faces.
The image of teeth has long been used in culture; one vivid example is the 1995 work «Langgolers, ” where the creatures are almost entirely composed of jaws.

Digging into the topic, I realized that every product needs its own unique approach. This led to the creation of the beet vampire, the sour face for lemon, and the cheese mouse.
