In the «City» series, I reflect on the paradoxes of modern urbanization—a process that, on one hand, improves living standards while, on the other, degrades people’s psychosocial well-being. Amid a rapidly changing urban landscape dominated by material values and stressors, many people lose their connection to themselves and their surroundings. This creates a sense of hopelessness and isolation, even while located in the heart of life.

In this context, the question becomes important: can we find something unusual and non-linear within strictly organized urban life? For instance, what moments of joy, beauty, or meaning can be discovered in the monotonous routine of the metropolis? Is it possible to find ways to step outside the familiar to feel alive once again?
My work invites viewers to contemplate how their city life can be not only mechanical but also filled with surprise and creativity.
