Adapting the original drawing for the tapestry
The initial concept for the textile work was based on an oil pastel drawing. Because the vibrant colors of the tapestry could not be reproduced, I decided to adapt the color palette to warm, «earthy» tones. Thanks to the interesting stylization and forms, the composition retained its appeal in this new interpretation.
