Concept

We manage to do so much: reply to a hundred messages, get to the studio, and close a task before the deadline. Yet, we almost never take a moment to ask ourselves how we are doing. We sit over a project for three hours, forget to drink, don’t notice that we’re tired, and then wonder where the exhaustion came from.
The tapestry is conceived as part of a daily ritual—a quiet return to oneself: it hangs in plain sight, within the field of view, and functions like a wordless question that demands no answer, but simply reminds one to pause.

The large circle is divided into four colored zones, each corresponding to a state of the day: activity, focus, restoration, and sleep. These are the same four states from which my drink line is built. The tapestry hangs on the wall in view and quietly asks: how are you feeling right now?
