Deconstruction and Transformation of Children’s Content into Body Horror: «THE RABBIT’S ANATOMY»This rework project deconstructs the familiar, glossy children’s content and examines it through the lens of body horror. The work is based on reinterpreting the innocent aesthetic of slime and playdough videos, transforming a safe childhood space into a zone of existential anxiety and bodily decay. The film’s overarching goal is
to demonstrate that hidden aggression exists within soft, malleable materials. Yet, due to its fragility, the form loses its stability under touch and breaks down—nothing can be returned to its original state. The video footage appears familiar and ordinary, but over time, watching what happens becomes increasingly unsettling.
