«Culture» is a festival of artisanal bread and baking, where gastronomy serves as a reason to gather. Independent bakeries, bakers, and enthusiasts come together in one space to share knowledge, sample new creations, and meet one another. The project is built on the concept of living culture—from the microorganisms in the sourdough to the traditions of baking and conversation.
