«Kezhma» Northern Russian Cuisine Restaurant Project
OBJECTIVES
To design a restaurant featuring Northern Russian cuisine in Moscow, covering 102 square meters. The goal is to create a modern, atmospheric space inspired by the Russian North. The design must include an entrance area, coat check, bar, a main dining hall with various seating arrangements, restrooms, and efficient connectivity to the kitchen.
Target Audience: Moscow residents and visitors aged 25–50 who are interested in gastronomy, Russian culture, and concept-driven establishments.
CONCEPT
A contemporary interpretation of the Russian North, drawing inspiration from fog, stone, forest, and cold air. Concrete, stone, wood, and linen are combined with delicate traditional motifs to establish a serene, intimate interior.
