Evening business event for the Avito Work birthday celebration

Birthdays are a wonderful occasion to add a touch of whimsy to the workday and strengthen connections with important people.

The concept is inspired by K. Chukovsky’s poem, «The Telephone.» Previously, finding the right contact could feel like a real quest—it used to be as difficult as finding a camel—but now Avito easily connects employers and job seekers, taking on that challenge.

Avito Rabota turns 12! This is an evening where we acknowledge that sometimes modern reality is a «broken telephone» of tasks, roles, and communications. But it is within this apparent complexity—through the right «wires, ” human connections—that we can assemble a strong team. This exact idea is reflected in the visual case.

We transformed Chukovsky’s poem into an entire adventure for our guests. Join us by answering calls and participating in activities inspired by the heroes' requests:

Did the elephant call for chocolate? We have a workshop where you can create «Five Poods» of the tastiest candies. Did the heron ask for drops? Prepare magical tinctures at the «Drops for the Heron» bar. For monkeys yearning for creativity, the «Monkey Books» workshop is open, where you can print creative business cards. And for lovers of excitement and puzzles—the «Gazelle’s Carousel» quiz-casino.

Oh, and anyone who solves all the puzzles on our busy board will receive secret merchandise as a prize!
