This series explores incompleteness as an art form: mosaic symbols of time and transformation—a cloud, a clock, an hourglass, a cocoon and a butterfly, moon phases, fire—are laid out on the floor; none are complete. The artist is interested not in the final result, but in the very process of the image taking shape: the figure leans over the scattered fragments, as if trying to hold onto elusive time, while rainbow glints blur the boundary between the mundane and the ritual.
