Concept
Ecdysis — a collection inspired by Lilith, Adam’s first wife. She refused to accept the role prescribed for her in Eden and left, asserting an equality with her husband that he refused to acknowledge. For a long time, Lilith was viewed as pure evil. In paintings, the serpent of discord was often depicted with her head and fiery red hair. However, by the end of the 13th century, Lilith’s image underwent a radical transformation—from a frightening demon, she evolved into a symbol of female power, autonomy, and sexual liberation.
Ecdysis—the process by which snakes shed their skin. In this collection, this is expressed through slipping clothing elements, symbolizing liberation from societal constraints and a rejection of the «prescribed place.»

Target Audience
The core audience for the Ecdysis collection is women aged 18–35 who are interested in fashion and culture. This includes students, young professionals, and individuals in creative fields for whom clothing is a means of expressing their individuality.

The collection is designed for mass-market buyers who value relevant design and the ability to create diverse looks.
Although they are designed with an evening focus, these pieces are suitable for various scenarios: events, dates, offices with a relaxed dress code, university life, and the Back to School season. The ability to mix and match the items reflects the collection’s core concept—the freedom of self-expression and the rejection of imposed boundaries.
Sketches
The sketches showcase a development of evening/formal women’s wardrobes.
Silhouettes and textures are inspired by the Edwardian era. It was then that radical changes began in women’s fashion—the move away from the restrictive corset toward something more flexible and mobile, the adoption of bloomers for bicycling, and the strengthening of the trend for tea dresses, which were worn at home without a corset.

Furthermore, the corsets are made of two layers of fabric: the first is the main material, and the second is a sheer mesh, which also alludes to the metaphorical snake scales.

The clothing items in the collection can be mixed and matched to create various looks; they can also be paired with basic wardrobe elements—corsets and suspenders with jeans, jacquard shorts, or a slip dress with a t-shirt or tank top.
The collection features evening wear ensembles. However, these pieces can work beautifully in an office, on the street, or on campus during the BTS season. Sometimes we just need to shed the confining suit and opt for a dressy slip or comfortable lounge pants, or swap out the school uniform for a tracksuit.
My capsule collection explores the theme of evening wear. The assortment can be anything—from jeans and a T-shirt and a pencil skirt to a trouser suit with a shirt and tie.
