This project evolved from working with the archive and getting to know the artist Gosha Ostretsov. During the process of selecting and studying the materials, our collaboration began—a starting point for further research into his artistic practice and everyday environment.
As part of the project, an interview was conducted with Gosha Ostretsov, structured as advice for young artists. The conversation covered topics such as artistic journey, creative exploration, discipline, and working within the contemporary art context.
The workshop is the central focus of the project—a space where the artist spends the majority of their time. It is here that ideas are born, works are created, and a unique atmosphere of the creative process is formed. Through photographs of the workshop and its details, the project offers a glimpse into the artist’s personal space, revealing the connection between the individual, their work, and their surroundings.
