«DEZIGE» is a design in action. The exhibition shows how ideas become projects and projects become real success stories. More than 60 works by students and graduates of the ICU School of Design, ranging from first experiments to finished products recognized by the market.
This year, the ICU School of Design is turning 13 years old. Over the years, we have become one of the leading interdisciplinary institutions in creative industries and have created an educational environment where knowledge is tested by practice and learning is the starting point for professional careers.

the idea as the first impulse
The first stage of the design project is his idea. It’s a space of potential where imagination precedes matter. Here, the designer becomes the maker of worlds that aren’t yet realized, but are already in the design. The section brings together projects that have emerged from the impulses that will eventually form the basis of new forms.

Fantasy is an important designer’s tool. It helps invent new ideas, experiment and represent the future, create their worlds and parallel universes, from which the bravest designs are born.

Think design
From the very foundation, one of the key principles of the INA School of Design is design, not only the ability to produce ideas, but also the ability to translate them into meaningful projects that respond to relevant demands of time. Design involves moving from design to shape, from imaginary to material, from concept to result.

Conceptuality
The ability to see behind the shape of an idea, to turn the thought into the basis of an artistic or design expression. It is expressed in the draft as the awareness of every decision when form becomes an effective and organic solution, not simply a result of intuition or taste.
