The apartment is designed for modern people whose lives are filled with movement and the constant search for harmony between work and leisure, between style and comfort.
The location is situated in the heart of Nizhny Novgorod, surrounded by historical architectural monuments, picturesque landscapes, and the Volga River embankment.
We aimed to create more than just a residence—we crafted a true oasis of elegance and comfort. We considered the lifestyle of our future owners: active, busy, and constantly engaged in life’s happenings. Specifically for them, the interior is designed in tranquil tones, fostering an atmosphere of serenity and providing a place to unwind at any moment. The project exclusively features high-quality materials that underscore the owners’ status and refined taste. Special attention has been paid to pieces of art that adorn the space, lending it a distinct charm and individuality. This is a home where you want not only to live, but also to relax.
