(1) shdshka: аn independent student media platform about HSE Art & Design School

HSE Art & Design School is a diverse and vibrant community, bringing together people with unique stories, ideas, and creative projects. Its culture and everyday life extend far beyond what can be seen through official channels.

As an applicant, I wanted to get a closer look at the school’s inner life — its people, events, creative projects, and everyday experiences. I believe this is something many prospective students are equally interested in.

shdshka is an independent student-run media platform dedicated to HSE Art & Design School, its community, and its stories. A space to highlight student voices, share events, and capture the life of the school from the inside.

the goal
to create an independent student media platform that would reveal the life of HSE Art & Design School from the inside, bringing together the stories, people, events, and creative projects that shape its community.

final result
an independent media platform dedicated to the people and culture of HSE Art & Design School. through student stories, event coverage, and creative projects, shdshka offers a more personal perspective on the school, going beyond its official image and giving its community a space to be heard.

(2) Kipa: curated collage kits

each kit offers a complete creative experience built around a unique theme, carefully selected materials, and a set of prompts that help overcome the fear of the blank page and encourage experimentation.

the brand brings together design, hands-on creativity, and playful interaction, positioning collage as an accessible and engaging form of creative leisure. Kipa offers a thoughtfully designed creative practice that encourages visual exploration, self-expression, and enjoyment of the process.

the goal
to create a brand of curated collage kits that makes regular creative practice accessible and engaging for adults, providing everything needed to start experimenting without having to search for materials, ideas, or inspiration.

final result
Kipa is a creative leisure brand offering themed collage kits that combine carefully selected materials with prompts and playful tasks. rather than teaching a technique or prescribing a final outcome, each kit provides an open-ended creative experience that encourages experimentation, visual thinking, and self-expression.
