Childhood spent on a farm where alcohol is present will never remain a good memory.

Color plays a key role in my work. Blue denotes the tyrant, while pink represents the color of the victim. The piece was executed in tempera—a pigment as vibrant as a child’s perception of the world.

Furthermore, the entire narrative explores precisely how trauma functions in a child. Some episodes initially seem strange and simply incomprehensible. However, the newer and more absurd the situation, the more pronounced the perception and the greater the lack of focus on details.
Nothing goes unnoticed. Every situation and the upbringing experienced under such circumstances bear fruit: by the end of the story, the tyrant becomes a victim himself, confined to his own room. The roles reverse, and the small victim becomes the tyrant.
