Video installation in which a non-existent city merges the memory of a person and the memory of a machine, as two inseparable parts of its own existence.

The essence of what is happening on the screen is the inversion of influence—the city ceases to be a force acting upon the individual, instead becoming an object upon which a non-existent human exerts influence, around whom the urban environment futilely attempts to organize itself.

The central video project depicts the rapid movement of a person through the streets—driven and yet devoid of clear intention.

On two screens flanking the main project, looping static segments play, in which only the machine moves.
Between human and machine, as two polar entities, the city ceases to be an instrument of one entity’s influence on another, attempting to make its own—albeit unattainable—choice.
