This group of works is inspired by the ancient Chinese book of strange stories, «Soushen Ji», which records the endless imagination and exploration of the mysterious world by our ancestors, and my creation is also a spiritual tracing of the contemporary. Different from the paintings of concrete gods in traditional narratives, I focus my lens on our real environment to explore the invisible dimensions hidden in the opposite direction. At the same time, I use scanning technology to deconstruct and construct these places, trying to balance the internal texture and unspeakable power of the place. In the juxtaposition and reconstruction of these images, «God» is no longer a specific image, but diffused in the space, becoming a cultural echo.
