Concept
The project is a modern co-working space located in the basement of a shopping center in St. Petersburg. The main idea is to create a comfortable, bright, and multi-functional environment that allows mall visitors to work, hold business meetings, relax, and socialize throughout the day.
The location of the coworking space on the lower level has become an integral part of the architectural concept of the area. Connection to the main floors of the shopping center is achieved via an escalator, which serves as a key point of entry and ensures convenient visitor navigation. Thanks to this design, the coworking space organically integrates into the structure of the shopping center, becoming an extension of its public areas.

The interior is designed in a light, contemporary style, incorporating elements of industrial architecture. The color palette is anchored by light shades of concrete, warm natural wood, white surfaces, and soft, neutral furniture tones. This design gives the space a feeling of lightness, openness, and comfort, even though it is located on a basement level.
Exposed engineering utilities and structural ceiling elements retain the character of an industrial space, evoking loft-style aesthetics. The decor incorporates natural materials, extensive greenery, and soft furnishings. The plants help visually revitalize the interior and make the space more comfortable for extended stays.
