A platform for connections outside your discipline
A digital platform for interdisciplinary engagement among students of HSE University—Saint Petersburg—it is a unified space for discovering university events, initiatives, and like-minded peers, helping students explore opportunities beyond their major and transform interest into collaborative action.

Make the capabilities more visible and the interaction more accessible.
The project is aimed at students from various educational programs at HSE University—St. Petersburg who are interested in making new connections, attending extracurricular events, and participating in interdisciplinary projects. Based on preliminary surveys, students note that information about opportunities is often fragmented, and interaction is frequently limited to their established social circle. This platform is designed to simplify the search for initiatives and lower the barrier to taking the first step toward participation.
«HSE has so many talented students, but nobody outside their department knows them. We need ambassadors for each faculty.»
From Event Discovery to Collaborative Action
The foundation of the project will be an event and initiative catalog featuring clear navigation, thematic categories, and information on how to get involved.
A supplemental communication channel will be the student ambassadorship program—participants will share their personal experiences and promote the university’s people, events, and opportunities across social media, directing the audience to the platform. The visual system will unify the digital interface and all communication materials into a cohesive project identity.
Final Project Outcome: research, product concept, visual identity, UX/UI design, and an interactive prototype of the platform, along with a communication system for its promotion.
From Concept to Pilot Launch
To develop and test the project, we require university support, access to student classrooms and event organizers, as well as a team to handle technical implementation and ongoing platform maintenance.
Key Resources: A UX/UI Designer, a Developer, a Project Coordinator, and Student Ambassadors. During the Final Qualifying Work (FWK) stage, the main deliverable will be an interactive prototype; a full launch will necessitate a separate cost assessment for development, content population, moderation, and support.
Preliminary Project Budget: 351,450 ₽, including research, design, development and testing, communications materials, and contingency.
