The project invites a different perspective on the neighborhood—not through wide streets and avenues, but through inner courtyards, passageways, and the interior spaces of historical houses.
The program includes lectures and tours focusing on the history, architecture, and lesser-known sites of the Petrograd Side.

The visual language was based on the contrast of light and shadow. To translate this physically, I created stencils featuring shapes of courtyard wells and illuminated them with a flashlight.
