The typeface is inspired by Oscar Wilde’s story, «The Canterville Ghost, ” which features the spirit of Sir Simon living in an ancient English castle.

The typeface is based on the boundary between the real and the unreal, which is reflected in the combination of thin and thick lines, contrasting shapes, and negative space. Thus, the letters connect material form and its disappearance.
Font Rules:
01. Sharp lines and triangular forms
02. Notches function as negative space
03. An incline of 23° from the vertical
04. Contrast in thickness—thick and thin elements

Rounded forms complement sharp diagonals, creating a contrast between fluid and geometric elements.

Alteration

After releasing the font, you can proceed to alter it using the letter outlines for additional stylistic variation. This is used exclusively in large-sized type settings.
