Concept
The concept is built upon the intersection of cuisine and design as two assembly systems. Design is explored through plane and linear graphics, while cuisine is explored through volume, texture, and actual dishes. The menu is structured in layers: each item becomes not merely a dish, but a separate project assembled from form, color, texture, balance, and flavor.
