FOCUS—a space where the individual determines their own level of privacy.
The coworking space is located in a multi-functional business center in an area with a developed urban infrastructure. The space can be used throughout a full workday, or for short meetings or a few hours of focused work. Large windows provide natural light, and the interior—featuring wooden elements, a calm color palette, and soft lighting—creates a comfortable, conducive atmosphere for work.
This space is designed for young professionals who require complete concentration. The core concept is creating a personal sanctuary amidst a busy environment.
Modern co-working spaces often present themselves as large open areas where people work in a shared zone. The FOCUS project proposes a more flexible approach. The visitor independently chooses the option that suits them: working in the communal area or selecting a more private space.
