01. Concept
In the near future, vertical Shanghai is divided into levels: the wealthy live high up, among the sun and clean air, while the poor subsist at the base of giant towers in perpetual shadow and smog. A young courier from the lower districts receives an order to deliver a mysterious container to the elite zone and discovers that inside are proofs of the intentional pollution of the lower city.
02. Print Design
The design is built upon a combination of futuristic architectural graphics, cyberpunk aesthetics, and contemporary typography. The composition unites the main character’s portrait, a vertical cityscape, and graphic elements reminiscent of technical schematics and future interfaces.
The front reads: Air belongs to everyone. The primary illustration features a courier girl set against the backdrop of Shanghai in 2074. The upper portion of the composition is filled with light, skyscrapers, and clouds, while the lower section features industrial structures and smog. A red line traverses the entire city, signifying the heroine’s route between different social strata.
The back side is blank. The minimalist surface of the T-shirt balances the complex composition on the front.
