The Scarlet Plague has gripped all of San Francisco, and the sole survivor must now reach the only uninfected spot in the city to stay alive.

The player’s objective is to be the first to reach the finish line OR be the last survivor on the field. Each player is given three life tokens. Along the path, players will encounter event cards. The card’s color denotes potential risks or advantages for the player, such as moving forward or losing a life.
