The nephew and heir of the vampire clan leader was so obsessed with fashion and himself that he wished desperately to see himself. But this was only possible in daylight, so he waited for dawn and stood before the mirror on the castle bell tower. The light disfigured him, leaving scars, but did not kill him, and in the reflection, he saw himself as no one else ever would—that moment was etched into eternity.
