The installation replicates the form of warning signs regarding an underground oil pipeline. In my work, I reinterpret these signs as primeval architecture—a henge built in a semicircle. By stripping the signs of their cautionary slogans, I abstract them from their meaning, focusing primarily on form and color. The vectors of the four compositions—a frame-pillar structure—do not converge at a single point «within the enclosure, ” but instead radiate outward like beams, intensifying the position of the viewer standing inside the semicircle. An architectural cosmos is projected onto the rest of the world—chaos.
