B — Brittle → Flexibility and Resilience If everything can change suddenly, it’s important to stay flexible — ready to rethink anything in business or in life — and to build resilience.

A — Anxious → Empathy and Mindfulness In a tense environment, it’s essential to be sensitive to others and stay aware of your own goals and values, using them as a guide.

N — Nonlinear → Context and Flexibility When the consequences of actions are unclear, it helps to keep the broader context in mind and remain flexible — able to maneuver.

I–Incomprehensible → Transparency and Intuition An overload of information makes the world hard to grasp. To deal with this, one should strive for transparency and develop intuition.
