The site explores the phenomenon of universal perception of pictograms and other common signs in environments and interfaces. This symbolic language has acquired a unique and universal character, allowing complex concepts to be represented in a concise and accessible form.

The work of graphic constants for Longride is displayed on the carriers. Statistics of the pictograms used are tracked internally.

The underline is added beneath numerical values, key concepts, and certain headings, as well as beneath pictogram numbering within a long-form article.
Key phrases and numerical values are highlighted with a background; pictograms were selected from the Apple interface.
One of the project’s goals is to prove that pictograms are read faster than text, effectively replacing it. The long-read explores the methods for constructing the grid, primitive forms, and silhouettes upon which this unique language is built.
The long-read consists of 14 conceptual sections, tracing the phenomenon from its origins and modernization up to an interactive component where you can explore it firsthand.

In the practical and interactive section , you can assemble an icon using a silhouette principle, classify it by various types, and see how the symbol integrates into a grid.
In addition to the desktop version, the long-read is adapted for the mobile version for easy reading.
