The photo project explores the state of a human internal transition through the image of encountering a natural element. The shore becomes a liminal space—a boundary between land and water, control and unpredictability. The subjects find themselves in a moment when their former sense of self has already been disrupted, but the new sense has not yet taken shape.

Visually, the project references the romantic tradition of the 19th century, where nature was perceived as a sublime space—a force surpassing humanity that compels one to confront their own limitations.
