Two parallel stories about how fashion ceases to be an adornment and becomes a form of thought. The Japanese «explosion» in Paris and the Antwerp Six are shown as different but proportionate responses to the crisis of the Western Fashion System, in which local context, education and personal method are more important than style, trend and industrial logic.
