Apartment Design Project: 108 sq. m. for a Young Man
/01 CLIENT A 30-year-old man who works in sound production and runs his own YouTube channel featuring DJ streams. He enjoys surfing, maintains an active lifestyle, and loves hosting friends at home.
/02 OBJECTIVES To design a multifunctional space for one person that integrates relaxation, work on music and video projects, as well as the ability to host gatherings and parties with close friends. A dedicated zone for recording music streams must be included.
03/ CONCEPT The interior reflects the owner’s dynamic lifestyle and vibrant personality. The project is fundamentally based on balancing creative atmosphere, functionality, and comfort.
