- Practical relevance and investment potential A key feature of this work is the availability of a real customer and a confirmed investment interest. Unlike theoretical concepts, the project has an economic base: The landowner has already begun the initial stages of the renovation and upgrading of individual buildings of the complex. Private investors are involved, interested in creating a commercially successful cluster (hospital business, retail, creative industries).

The 100 km family and pendulum migration. Kirjach is located in a unique area of accessibility (97 km from IAAD). Locacia falls into the ideal radius for the «Weekend trip» and «Workation» scenarios.
