I. Zine
Vladimir Igorevich Zagorov is a St. Petersburg artist whose entire creative life has been dedicated to exploring the circus. Zin is an original reinterpretation of his circus work, revealing the artist’s life philosophy through the concept of transition and the continuous transformation of form.

Zine Cover
Its foundation is based on a unique circus form devised by the artist: a rectangle topped with two triangular domes. Vladimir Zagorov translated the classic circus tent onto a flat plane and then gave this figure a new volume. Each block corresponds to a level of circus space: (1) The Tent, (2) The Dome, (3) Space Above the Arena, and (4) The Arena.

The video features an excerpt from the composition: Raymond Scott — Portofino 2
Excerpt from Section Two
