FIXFINITY — a cooperative zero-gravity simulator
In the distant future, humans and other galactic inhabitants have relocated to orbital stations managed by the Intergalactic Association, which ensures their stable operation.
LOGLINE
A team of cosmonauts, equipped with short tethers and limited oxygen supply, is repairing stations in outer space to ensure continued functionality, or everyone inside will perish.
Mission success depends on seamless teamwork. Without mutual understanding among players—gameplay can easily devolve into chaos. The loss of a single ally affects the entire group’s performance.

My Contribution
On our team, I served as a Kanban Master and Game Designer, and I also assisted other participants with their challenges throughout the task execution. In this module, I was responsible for creating and managing tasks, administering processes, writing long-form articles and cards for the art team, as well as developing character concepts.
At the beginning of the journey
At the beginning of the process, I created mood boards and character concepts, and along with the team, we selected a task tracking system. Ultimately, we chose a dual-tracking system—the main tasks were created in Google Sheets, while the more detailed breakdown was managed in YouGile.

Black and White Design?
After all participants reviewed their tags, deadlines, and reported any issues, we used the whentomeet website to schedule calls and set the first meeting for Wednesday. I prompted people to write daily updates (detailing what was completed and what would be done), posed questions, provided feedback, and gathered materials. I received participant responses regarding a team name and proposed several options. Our Discord channel was set up, Miro was created, and a Google Drive folder was organized to house everything—everything—for everyone.
December began with…
Continuing to work on the project! Weekly calls and reviewing daily updates with feedback from the instructors were overwhelming, but I actually enjoyed it! I started working on the project’s tone, created the TGK, and thought about how to manage social media. I also continued to assist my teammates with their challenges and consolidated all important information in one place.
End of work
By the end of the module, I started creating long-form articles and portfolio pieces for art students, and I also helped other participants with their assignment issues.
