This small apartment of 44 square meters was created for a mature man. The space is located in Moscow’s Nagatino iLand housing estate. From the very beginning it had no flaws, only advantages — huge windows and high ceilings. Conceptually, a neutral base with light color accents was taken as a foundadation. The task was to create a comfortable and functional space for a person with established habits and way of life to live in. To create a place where the customer could host his large family or friends. To design an interesting multifunctional living scenario.
