A 3D printer stand, designed under the Techman personal brand, not only collects nozzle cleaning material for the 3D printer but also stores tools, printer maintenance supplies, and print finishing accessories. The stand’s style matches that of the 3D printer and the distinctive aesthetic of the Techman brand.
The stand was designed so that all components could be 3D printed, taking into account the technical specifics of the printing process, layer print orientations, and assembly. The structural parameters of the stand, which must support the printer’s weight and withstand vibrations during printing and print head movement, were also considered.
The presented stand was designed in Rhinoceros and printed using ABS plastic on the Creality K2 Pro printer for which it is intended.
