«Key Variables.» A Look at Segway and the HSE Art and Design School

«Key Variables"—a fashion show featuring 3rd-year students from the Apparel Design program in collaboration with Samokat.

Role: Creative Producer. Preparation and execution of the show as part of the collaboration between Samokat and the HSE Art and Design School.

My Responsibilities:

1. Managed the preparation and execution of the collaboration show between Samokat and the HSE Art and Design School.
2. Developed the communication concept for the project, overseeing the creation of the campaign and video content for LED screens.
3. Formed the show’s structure and coordinated interactions among the content, modeling, and production teams to create a unified narrative for the show.
4. Developed and controlled the timeline across all phases of preparation and execution.
5. Organized and conducted model casting.
6. Coordinated the work of models and designers during the preparation phase.
7. Attracted and managed the work of assistants and photographers throughout the process.
8. Ensured adherence to deadlines and agreements.
9. Promptly resolved organizational and communication issues during the preparation and execution process.
