The course is aimed at acquiring knowledge and skills in the design of small-scale products, industrial accessories, jewellery, jewelry and souvenir products. Students will be assisted in the development and manufacture of their own ornaments of objects or collections.

The course is available in all bachelor ' s degree programmes at the ICU School of Design. Course duration is 1 module (8-11 weeks). It’s a form of training. 15-20 seats in the group
How are the classes being conducted?

The classes are held in a well-equipped workshop at: Brick, 33 (Mem. Semenovskaya). The course is conducted with the participation of the Design Laboratory unit, DESIGN FUTURRES. More detailed: https://design.hse.ru/lab/designfutures
Course programme
The workshop classes combine theoretical classes and practices that result in each student creating a copyright or series. Lecture topics: 1. Basic requirements and principles for the design of jewellery items 2. Industrial equipment and process bases in jewellery case 3. Artistic methods in jewelry design 4. Development of brand style in industrial design (example of leading jewelry brands)

Andrei Georgieevich Sunin Metal artist, jeweler, jewelry designer, jewellery processor. In the jewelry industry, he worked for 30 years. Member of the International Federation of IFA Artists since 1995.

The student portfolio hsedesign.ru is a digital ecosystem of the IES School of Design, which brings together a professional portfolio for designers — students, graduates and university staff, an educational online platform, a site that aggregates international online competitions in creative industries and other instruments.
VARIOUS PRINCIPLES
The option is opened a few days before the start of each training module and ends with the start of the module. If the student has not been able to sign up for the option before the module begins, he or she should contact the school of design or the administrator of his or her group.
The number of seats in the groups is limited, so one priority option and two additional seats need to be selected. If the number of students is higher than the size of the planned group, students above the educational rating will first be enrolled. A student who has not benefited from the first choice shall be allocated to one of the courses in which he or she has voted in addition.
