The 95 sq. meter apartment project was designed for rental. The goal was to create a contemporary space in the style of cozy minimalism. The apartment features two bedrooms and an open-plan kitchen/living room. From the moment you enter the entryway, you step into the main living area, which offers a view of the Moscow River from the spacious panoramic window of the living and dining room. On either side of the living room are a guest room and a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Tucked away behind a discreet door in the foyer is a convenient walk-in closet and laundry area. Abundant light, restrained colors, and carefully curated compositions—this is the interior style of this apartment. The combination of various textures—fabrics, natural wood veneer, and polished natural stone—creates a sense of multi-dimensionality in the space.
