1984 — an accident font inspired by the dystopian aesthetic of George Orwell’s «1984.» The typeface creates an atmosphere of total control and authority, commanding all attention. The only space it leaves is between the letters, but even that dictates the direction of the gaze.

Monospaced font nestled within a trapezoid.
Each letter has two variations, allowing them to stack on top of each other. The typeface creates a sense of enclosure—it almost consumes all the space, commanding all attention. Even the spacing between letters serves a purpose: it directs the viewer’s gaze.
