In 2024, we completed a restaurant project located on the Baltic coast of the Kaliningrad region.
Its defining feature is its unique location right on the beach, with panoramic windows offering breathtaking views of the sea. With this in mind, we aimed to create an atmosphere that invites contemplation and reflects the raw, moody character of the Baltic.
Both the interior design and the restaurant’s menu focus on local craftsmanship and regional ingredients. The recipe concept was developed in collaboration with renowned Russian brand chef Sergey Sushchenko.
The restaurant has already been featured on national television — in the Chefs on Wheels show aired on Channel One on September 8, 2024.
And given the region’s growing appeal to tourists in recent years, this place is worth a visit if only because, according to legend, this very shore was once the landing site of Viking longships.
