«Abstract Interference» is a series of 5 works in the genre of manipulated photography, where inversion translates the inside of the city into the language of abstraction. Rust and concrete become light, shadows become a rich color, and duct lines become a picturesque vibration. This is not a fixation of the city, but its energetic impression. The series deliberately rejects additional elements: only an inverted image on 210 g alpha cellulose matte archival paper, in a simple white frame, without glass. The matte surface does not produce glare — the tonal transitions that constitute the essence of the inversion remain clear from any angle. The project was exhibited at the «Malberet» gallery, St. Petersburg, June 2026.
