Art-object ROOTS. DONBASS. Lora Delooksart
Originally from Donbass, I created this art object about my roots, my childhood memories and the current situation in this territory.
The surface of the piece, covered with brass leaf, symbolises the richness of the resources of this region. The frame is formed from a plastic mass of earth, sand, anthracite coal from the soil of the area where I grew up. The sculptural composition includes authentic fragments of exploded mortar shells found in the area.
The object consists of six parts that can be freely combined to create various shapes. It is a unique interior object that can be easily incorporated into any design and, if desired, were on yourself (art-à-porter).
Target group: self-sufficient, creative people who are looking for something new and appreciate the originality of objects in their space and image.
